History
Malloy Air East was founded in September 1979 by Patrick Malloy. The company was one of the first Fixed Base Operators on Eastern Long Island, and until 1999 was the only F.B.O. to operate out of Gabreski Airport. Throughout the years Malloy Air East has displayed tremendous foresight and vision. The company recognized the potential for success at Gabreski Airport when others were turned away by steadily deteriorating conditions.
Since the time of its’ founding, Malloy Air East has helped dramatically improve the airport conditions with private investments of time and money. As such, Suffolk County has continually praised Malloy Air East as an outstanding, committed, and long-term tenant. To this day, Malloy Air East is a bastion of consistent, professional experience.
